Trauma-informed Therapy
I am a marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with those healing from sexual trauma and experiencing chronic pelvic floor pain. I am trained in multiple trauma-informed modalities to include EMDR and trauma-informed yoga. To me, trauma-informed care means collaborating with you to establish and move at your needed pace. Our first few sessions center around creating a sense of trust and transparency around your clinical goals.
A safe, supportive approach
You are the expert when it comes to knowing who you are and what you need. (Even thought it might not currently feel like it.) Years of shame and harmful experiences might have made it difficult to feel safe in your body; and because of that feel that you are able to be present with your thoughts and emotions.This can make it difficult to know your own needs or feel safe speaking about your desires.
I see my role as your therapist as helping you learn to understand the cues your mind and body are offering you. From there, we will work to empower you to make choices that feel true to your authentic self.
I work with clients to help them feel comfortably grounded within their bodies and establish a confident, loving inner voice. Together, we will uncover your unique set of values so that you can live life and experience connection in the way that feels most fulfilling to you.
My rates
Talk therapy/ EMDR for Individual
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically sessions are held on a weekly basis. More frequent sessions are available upon need.
50 mins | $200 | Contact
Relational session (2+ individuals)
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
60 mins | $210 | Contact
Trauma-Informed Yoga Class
Various Yoga classes and workshops are offered seasonally. Current Offerings:

Schedule a First Session To Begin Healing.
If it feels like a good clinical fit for the both of us. We’ll pick a time for our first session.. From there I will create a client profile for you & email you a few intake forms to fill out.
